    • Joyce! I cannot thank you enough for the dedication and committment that you have for your students, the horses and the art of Dressage. The level of passion that you show towards your students is incredible. You have provided my daughter with not only an appreciation for riding but valuable life skills. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The world needs more people like you!

    • Joyce, I can't thank you enough for the month we had at your facility. My horses thrived in an atmosphere that was always consistent & positive. They were happy, content, & ready to work or play. We enjoyed the trails on your farm & also riding the Wabash Cannon Ball. What a neat experience riding into Colton too. Your feeding program is a "10". That has to account for the calmness that I saw in my horses. Thank you for keeping them safe & happy. Thank you for all your unconditional support, and thank you for what I learned while at the farm. I will always be grateful for the time we spent at Wild Oak Farm.

    • Joyce, thank you for your kind and correct sentiments regarding Dan's teaching abilities. He is a marvel of correctness, which for some, can be pretty frustrating until you are willing to accept responsibility for not getting the job done. What you failed to mention is YOU. Your ability to communicate the need for a combination of feel and technique is superb. Without you I could not begin to understand what Dan is so generously and valiantly teaching me. So here's to you, Joyce. Thanks for your willingness and ability to share your knowledge. See you at the barn! m

    • I just wanted to let everyone know that although we work hard to hone our dressage skills...especially now with show season around the corner...riding with Joyce is not all work. Today, Joyce, Tiffany and I took Meeko, Indy and Stormy for a three hour ride through Oak Openings. If you are unfamiliar with this amazing place, check it out at metroparkstoledo.org.

It was breezy, sunny and the trails were sandy and the footing great. We saw deer and birds galore. But no people, bikes, or horses (and only three bugs.) just us. it was a real treat. Oak Openings has more than 50 miles of trails and fire lanes to explore and the variety of habitats that thrive there earned it a place on the Nature Conservancy list of the 200 “Last Great Places on Earth.” and its right here in our backyard! We did some serious work while we were having fun just because...Joyce and Meeko worked on their passage, Tiffany and Indy worked on collected canter, and Stormy and I worked on trotting with engagement...even if there were some scarey muddy spots...He IS an Arabian. Hope you all get to check out the trails at Oak Openings with us sometime. Happy Trails, m

    • I just wanted to tell you (again) how satisfying it is to the very fibre of my soul to be learning how to ride (finally.) I am so pleased and encouraged by you and Dan. Thank you for your magnanimous generosity with your time, talent, experience and your horse.

    • Joyce, I just wanted to thank you again for everything you're doing for Regalo. If anyone is reading this and is wondering if this is the place for their horse, I am 100% vouching for Wild Oaks. I am currently 600+ miles away from my horse and haven't been able to see him more than once and Joyce and everyone there have taken excellent care of him. I would reccomend them to everyone. Thanks again Joyce!

    • I saw your add in the Shoppers Key, and I just had to check it out! What a lovely facility you have!
